50% or one night's rate deposit are required in order
to reserve a room (whichever is greater). All deposits
are subject to a 15% fee if the reservations are cancelled.
Reservations cancelled 14 days or less before check-in
will forfeit 100% of the deposit.

REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES.

be aware that we have a no pet policy and a No Smoking
Policy.

Rental Policies Snapshot:
- * Check out time is 11:00 AM, check in time is 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. NO CHECK INS
AFTER 8:00 PM, WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
- * A deposit of $50.00 is required for a one night stay. A 50% deposit is required
for a longer stay. Deposits must be received to confirm reservations.
- * Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old
- * Guests aged 12 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children.
- * We are a Non Smoking Resort.
- * Pets Are Not allowed.
- * No telephones in cabins but cell phone reception is good.
